This policy applies to users who purchase subscriptions, add-on analysis allowance, or other paid in-product services on YlanAI.
This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Allowance Guide. If there is any inconsistency, applicable law and the latest public rules prevail.

2. General Refund Principles

  1. Consumed services normally do not support unconditional refunds.
  2. Refund requests based on subjective experience or changed personal expectations are generally not supported.
  3. Duplicate charges, system exceptions, or payment mistakes will be reviewed and handled under the current rules.

3. Refund Scenarios That May Be Accepted

  • The same order is charged more than once.
  • Payment succeeds but the service is not properly credited, or the order status does not match the actual charge.
  • A system exception causes a charge without providing the corresponding service.

4. Scenarios That Usually Do Not Support Refunds

  • Refund requests after the service has been consumed normally.
  • Refund requests based on personal preference or subjective evaluation.
  • Requests that, after review, are not caused by platform failure or payment error.

5. Subscription Cancellation And Effect

  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
  • After cancellation, the service for the current billing cycle usually remains available until the cycle ends.
  • Fees already incurred for the current cycle are usually not prorated back unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund or submit a billing dispute, contact:

7. Processing Flow

  1. The platform receives and records your request.
  2. We review the order, payment record, and service logs.
  3. After the review, we return a handling conclusion.
  4. If refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned through the original payment route. The arrival time depends on the payment channel.

  • Analysis allowance is an in-product usage unit and is not legal tender, a deposit, or a financial asset.
  • The platform may update this policy based on legal requirements, payment rules, or operational arrangements.
